NDIS Local Area Coordination by Mission
Local Area Coordinators help people with disability connect with supports in their community even if they are not eligible for the NDIS.
Community connections is available for people with disability aged 9 to 64 years and living in Australia regardless of their citizenship or visa status.
The support you get through community connections will depend on your needs. Community connections support can include things like:

How to access Mainstream and community supports | NDIS or peer groups.
If you’re eligible, help to apply to the NDIS.
If you think you might be eligible for the NDIS, Local Area Coordinators can help you apply. They will talk to you about:

The application process.
The kinds of information and evidence you need to provide.
