Community Care TASMANIA provide a number of government subsidised home supports across Tasmania.
‘Dads in Distress’ is a national support group for dads experiencing separation. Support is available by phone, and through our online forum.
Helpline is a volunteer support and referral service that provides information to people experiencing mental health issues, as well as their family, friends and carers.
Richmond Fellowship Tasmania provides evidence-based mental health interventions to people living in Residential Aged Care Facilities.
Child Inclusive Mediation provides a safe way of communicating your child’s feelings to assist in decision-making after changes to the family situation.
Baptcare Horizons will be facilitating a rhythmic music group starting in November. This group program will run for six sessions and will have a focus on social + emotional wellbeing and connection.

The Find & Connect support service aims to improve the lives of Forgotten Australians, Care Leavers, Stolen Generation and Former Child Migrants.
This program offers families and friends who call up looking for information and referral help up to four, 1 hour follow up calls to provide that one-on-one, informal, confidential, and free support and referral help.
