The State Emergency Service (SES) provides emergency response services for severe storms and floods, road crash rescue, and a range of other general rescue and community support roles through our volunteers.
We receive food from Coles and Loaves & Fishes which we organise and put out for the community to get what they need. No requirements need to be met to collect from this service, it is for anyone who needs it.
healthdirect: trusted health information and advice online and over the phone (1800 022 222), known as NURSE-ON-CALL in Victoria, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Funded by the governments of Australia.
The Zeehan Neighbourhood Centre provides community development, for the whole community for people of all ages, race and sex, including the aged, young persons and indigenous people.
The Jordon River Service (JRS) makes a difference by providing a safe place, with opportunities for people to grow and share their skills and knowledge.
The Gagebrook Community Centre (Jordan River Service) makes a difference by providing a safe place, with opportunities for people to grow and share their skills and knowledge.
Magnolia Place LWS provides short term accommodation in a high security setting for women and their children who are experiencing homelessness.
Karinya provides short term crisis accommodation to young women aged 13 to 20 years.
The Dunalley Tasman Neighbourhood House operates from two locations, Dunalley and Nubeena.
