Transitional Accommodation Support
Transitional Accommodation Support Services (TASS) is for young people aged 13-20 years of age (and young parents 15-20 with their children). We provide supported accommodation in an outreach capacity to assist with living skills, life skills and independence.

The Junction HUBs

Needle and Syringe Program
The needle and syringe program supports injecting drug users through the provision of clean injecting equipment, information and referral.
YFCC delivers this program for the North West and West coast region to help people in financial crisis by assisting with the cost of food, transport, clothing, utilities, education and health.
