The Social and Community Participation program helps people with a disability to enjoy recreational activities and engage in their community. This program is directed by the participants and their NDIS plan, and we support their choice, control and flexibility in the program.

Hobart City Mission currently operates four shared Support Independent Living homes, and supports two participants in their own home. We provide 24 hour on-site, supported accommodation for residents with physical or intellectual disabilities.
