We’ll ask to visit you in your home, meet your nearest and dearest. We’ll then partner with you and engage with local businesses to carve out employment opportunities.
After spending some time with you, we might suggest you upskill in any areas we think will help you land the role you want.
This could include transportation training, so you can get to and from work safely, financial planning and helping you to build new routines.
You might be offered a work trial in a workplace you’re interested in or through a training program—if you’ve never had a job before this is a good opportunity to see what working life is really like.
You’ll be supported one-on-one through the whole process.
