Catalyst Program

The Catalyst Program is a five-week non-residential rehabilitation program for Alcohol and other Drugs that consists of a range of activities that build skills and strategies for coping with challenging situations, developing routines, and maintaining motivation, including:

  • Group work and reflection exercises.
  • Counselling sessions utilising Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
  • Social and recreational activities.
  • Complementary sessions to build understanding of nutrition, yoga, mindfulness and other relaxation techniques.
  • Participants leave at the end of each day with the opportunity to practise their new skills with family, friends, or support network, and discuss their reflections with the group throughout the program.

Program runs from 10.00am -03.00pm Monday- Thursday.

 

Office hours are Monday- Friday 9.00am- 5.00pm.
