Youth Family and Community Connections provide a free private counselling and support service for people who are experiencing issues with alcohol, tobacco or other drugs.
The service also provides support and counselling to family, carers and friends impacted by someone else’s substance dependence.
Who this service is for
Individuals, family members/significant others and NW and West Coast Communities including King Island.
Services are free and confidential.
9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Our services are available right across North West Tasmania including the West Coast and King Island – call our Devonport office to find a location near you.

We offer support in whatever capacity is needed in a person centred approach. Can support access to evidence-based parenting programs.
The Junction HUBs
