Parenting Separately (Parenting Orders Program)
Parenting after separation can be challenging, particularly when there is high levels of disagreement and conflict between parents. Parenting Separately provides information and assistance that can be related to your individual situation, so you can best support your children's need.
Services provided by Relationships Australia Tasmania in this program include:
-individual counselling for parents
-referral to other services and programs, such as family dispute resolution or children's counselling
The program is delivered via
-individual sessions and /or
The delivery of the program can be individually tailored, in collaboration with you. However, if a Statement of Completion is required, both aspects of the program are to be completed.
Referral to Parenting Separately may be made by the Federal Magistrates Court, the Family Court, legal practitioners, Children’s Contact Service and other service providers. Parents can also self-refer and are most welcome to call us.
Who this service is for
Parenting Separately is offered to separated parents and significant others such as grandparents and carers.
Monday- Friday: 9:00am- 5:00pm
