Community Care TASMANIA can provide services that are convenient to you: home cleaning, gardening, domestic and personal assistance, community engagements and activities and so much more.

If you already have an NDIS plan in place, call Community Care TASMANIA to further develop your Care Plan and Budget as well
as assistance to set goals to meet your needs and interests.

People with disability, eligible for NDIS participation.

Costs are determined by the NDIS plan.

Office hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

    These services are coordinated from our Launceston office.

  • We'll come to you (outreach)

    We visit our clients in their own homes to provide these services across Tasmania.
