Horizons (previously MyHorizons)
Horizons is a brief intervention mental health program (up to 26 weeks) for people with a diagnosed, severe and episodic mental illness, who are not receiving NDIS funding and are not engaged with another psychosocial program.
Horizons supports clients through their recovery journey by working with people individually to build a person’s capacity and skills, to support the management of their mental health, daily living and to work towards their recovery goals.
Horizons also provides group programs to people who have diagnosed, severe and episodic mental illness and wish to take charge of their own recovery.
Referrals can be made by Community Service Organisations, general practitioners, psychiatrists, allied health clinicians and clinical mental health professionals.
