Food Van – Huonville

A community food van that provides food packs, frozen meals and facilities to heat them up, plus supportive chats and referrals to other helpful services.

The van will visit Huonville every Tuesday from 2.30pm – 3.30pm (starting on the 22nd of November 2022).

The van will park in the laneway next to City Mission Op Shops at 3 Wilmot Rd, Huonville.

Food and other services from the food van are completely free of charge and run by a team of kind-hearted volunteers.

This program is a partnership between Hobart City Mission, Lions Club of Kingborough and the Italian Day Centre.

Anyone who needs food and food packs, other support, or just a chat with some friendly faces.
