Our Personal & Family counselling service is for adults, children and families. Our qualified and experienced counsellor works with clients through issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and conflict in relationships.
Counselling is conducted face-to-face in a confidential setting, or over the phone when suitable. We focus on empowering clients, developing their capacity and strengthening resilience in today’s complex environment.
