Monday 9.30am – 10.30am, Richmond Village Green (Meeting point – Village Green Car Park)

Tuesday 9.30am-10.30am, Simmons Park, Lindisfarne (Meeting point – carpark, Lindisfarne Rowing Club end)

Wednesday 5.30pm-6.30pm, Kangaroo Bay in Rosny (Meeting point – children’s play area)

Thursday 9.30am-10.30am South Arm Oval, South Arm (Meeting point – Oval carpark)

Friday 9.30am-10.30am Bellerive Beach Park, Bellerive (Meeting point – stairs at the main car park).

Please note: The Christmas break is between Monday 23rd December 2025 to 2nd Jan 2026.  Sessions resuming as normal Monday 5th Jan 2026.

Bookings are not taken for the sessions, just come along!

All programmed sessions will run unless deemed unsafe due to extreme weather. If unsure, come along and see if the program is going ahead.

Who this service is for

The program is open to the whole community and caters to a diverse range of fitness levels and mobilities.

Participants must:

• Sign in with the trainer on arrival and complete a digital registration form.
• Wear laced training shoes.
• Have a water bottle.
• Wear hats and sunblock when necessary.
• A towel or mat is handy for all sessions.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• Mums with bubs participating in sessions must have had at least six weeks since birth.

Extreme weather conditions may impact sessions.

Cost

Fitness in the Park is a free fitness program run in Clarence’s public open spaces.
