We are committed to offering essential services during the current COVID-19 situation.

To do this in a way that will keep everyone safe and healthy, we’ve had to make some changes.

We’re still here for you and will provide our support and services by phone. We can then deliver your assistance to you. This will limit contact and contribute to slowing the spread of the disease.

Until further notice, please phone us on 6234 1296 for a telephone appointment during the following days and times:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays - 9.30am - 4.30pm

Wednesdays - 11am – 2pm

We will be there for you when you need it most. If you are experiencing financial hardship, we can provide practical resources and guidance.

Emergency Relief is available across Southern Tasmania.

With dedicated and compassionate staff and volunteers, we provide a safe, welcoming environment where you will be heard and respected.

We can offer support such as:
- Food
- Personal care items
- Transport assistance
- Financial literacy support, including assisting with No Interest Loans (NILS) applications
- Links to other services
