Care Finder Program

COTA Tasmania’s Care Finder service supports eligible older Tasmanians to navigate the aged care system and find care services in their local area.

Our Care Finders are located in Hobart, Launceston and Burnie and help people in all areas of Tasmania.

You don’t need a referral to get started, just call 62 313 265, or download the attached form and return to us.

Who this service is for

Older Tasmanians over 65 years, or over 50 years if from Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander background.
