Complex and Individualised Support

Nexus are proud to provide support to people living with all kinds of disabilities. This includes people living with a type of disability, or multiple disabilities, that mean that their support needs are particularly complex or varied.

Children and Youth Support

Our specialised Children and Youth team supports people with disability from the age of 7 years old and offers: Long and Short Term Respite Services, After School Supports, Community Access and Capacity Building and Planned Respite.

Nexus are pleased to be able to offer a variety of Supported Independent Living options to our clients, including houses for both individual and shared living.
