Advocacy

When things don’t feel quite right, Your Say Advocacy Tasmania is here to help.

We’ve been working with Tasmanians to resolve their issues for over 30 years.

Our service is free and confidential, but most importantly, we work only for you.

We lay out your options and you decide what happens next.

We can help you

– to understand your rights
– with any NDIS issue, including appeals to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal
– communicate with service providers
– to make a complaint or resolve a problem
– if friends, family, staff or someone else is mistreating you
– to tell your story to the Disability Royal Commission
– with any issues concerning Power of Attorney, Administrator or Guardian
– if you have a meeting scheduled and would like an independent support person
– get help to continue living independently
– understand and resolve concerns about your at-home services
– understand service provider agreements and fees charged
– resolve problems in your residential aged care home

No issue is too big or small when it comes to your life, so please reach out to us.
