Who this service is for

Reconnect Support Services supports people with disability, including both children and adults, who have NDIS funding.The service is designed for individuals seeking respite care, personal development, or community participation opportunities.

Cost

Services are typically funded through the participant’s NDIS plan and are billed in line with current NDIS pricing arrangements. Please contact Reconnect Support Services directly to discuss funding options, including any availability of private or self-funded arrangements.

Opening Hours

Reconnect Support Services operates 24/7 for support services, including overnight and emergency respite.The main office hours for enquiries are:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
