Our Support and Telehealth Service provides brief, one-on-one support for the Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) and long COVID community, their carers, and healthcare professionals across Australia.

How to book a consultation:

Your first consultation:
We’ll work with you to understand your situation and how we can help. This may include questions about your:
Health: Your health journey and symptoms
Social History: Your background and support networks
Quality of Life: The impact of your condition and your current support
Appointments are flexible and typically last 20–30 minutes. We can shorten the session if your energy levels require it.
Following your first appointment, we’ll discuss whether additional consultations with a Telehealth Nurse or Patient Support Officer might be helpful.

Understanding Your Condition: Learn how ME/CFS and/or long COVID affect your daily life and how to communicate this to your healthcare providers.
Energy Management (Pacing): Get practical tips on managing your energy and activity levels.
Disability Support: Guidance on preparing for Disability Support Pension (DSP) or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) applications.
Social Support: Help to explore and access social supports available to you.
