What to expect in a mindfulness course
Mindfulness meditation is the process we teach for finding some peace in our minds, bodies and lives as well as for developing insight into early warning signs of stress, anxiety or depression and importantly, a different way of responding to what occurs.
Mindfulness is “that place where you’re really connected but there’s some spaciousness in your awareness of what’s happening, and it’s in that space where many possibilities arise” (Sharon Salzberg). It is a simple concept but not always easy, and it takes time.
We have specifically trained teachers who can guide, instruct and support you.
