Have you lost your job or had your income reduced due to COVID?

Good Shepherd, Australia’s oldest not-for-profit supporting women and families, has expanded its long running No Interest Loans program to offer Household Relief Loans Without Interest for people impacted by the pandemic.

A free COVID Hardship Support Hotline is also available to help you navigate the often-complex supports and services you may be eligible for. These services are available specifically for people who have lost their job, had their income reduced, moved to Centrelink payments after February 2020, or been otherwise financially impacted by COVID.

The loans, funded by the Australian Government, in partnership with NAB, are available for up to $3,000 towards rent, bond, utility bills, and rates, repaid over 24 months.
