The District Nurses (TDN) provides professional nursing and care in the home, helping people maintain independence and live comfortably. We support older people, people with disability, and anyone who needs additional help with everyday tasks. Services include clinical nursing, medication management, personal care, meal preparation, transport, and assistance with daily living. With a focus on dignity, wellbeing, and independence, TDN works with individuals and families to tailor care that meets their needs. Our experienced team is committed to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate support so people can continue living well in their own homes.
