The Family Law Registry staff provide information about available services within the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Staff cannot provide legal advice but can provide clients with forms and procedural information regarding:

• Divorce
• Consent Orders
• Applications – Children and/or property matters
• Supplementary documents
• Court events – Hearings, conferences, report interviews, etc

The Family Law Registry also provides information on how to contact an external service appropriate to the needs of the client.
