Blue Knot Foundation is the National Centre of Excellence empowering recovery for the more than 5 million Australian adults living with the impacts of complex trauma. Complex trauma is repeated often extreme ongoing violence abuse, or neglect experienced as a child, young person and/or adult.

Blue Knot Foundation provides trauma specialist phone counselling support and referral, information, resources, tools and workshops to help survivors and their friends, families, partners and loved ones live better lives. It also educates and trains health professionals and others working with survivors to better support them on their healing journey.
