Transition to Work is an employment service to support young people aged 15-24 on their journey to employment. The service provides intensive, pre-employment support to improve the work readiness of young people and help them into work (including apprenticeships and traineeships) or education. National Joblink (NJL) has been a specialist Youth Services provider in Tasmania for more than 20 years.

In Transition to Work young people can get intensive pre-employment support to help them set and achieve their employment and education goals.
