Wellways to Recovery

The program can assist you to develop skills and confidence by:

  • Assessing your immediate and individual needs
  • Developing a personalised recovery star – monitoring and care planning tool
  • Recovery goal planning
  • Reviewing and if necessary, resetting goals
  • Regular meetings with a program worker for up to two years
  • Working with you to develop skills and strategies that support your well-being and happiness
  • Reviewing your progress and identifying additional supports you may need after exiting the program.

Who this service is for

Wellways to Recovery is for Tasmanians living across the state who are:

  • over the age of 16
  • experiencing mental health challenges

To access Wellways to Recovery you will need a referral form signed by a health care professional.

Cost

Wellways to Recovery is a free support service funded by the Tasmanian Government.
