When you receive your NDIS plan, it can be very overwhelming – you have many choices to make, about things you may have never heard of.
Our Support Coordination specialist will assist you to understand your plan and access appropriate supports and services. This is all done with the aim to help you achieve the goals set out in your plan.
Our Support Coordination services will link you with the right providers to meet your needs, assist in sourcing providers and help to maintain support relationships.
