Status Resolution Support Services
The Status Resolution Support Services (SRSS) assists people seeking asylum on Bridging Visas, Safe Haven Enterprise Visas and Temporary Protection Visas.
This service delivers support for people while they are seeking to resolve their immigration status.
Where eligible, the SRSS program may be able to support individuals and families with:
• Case managed support to access relevant services
• Build life skills and independence
• Connect to the community
• Financial assistance (which is determined by the Department of Home Affairs)
Who this service is for
Eligible people must be living in the Australian community awaiting the resolution of a protection visa, and be experiencing significant disadvantage due to a health issue or crisis situation, or be caring for children under six years.

To apply for SRSS, our Case Managers meet with you to assist with your application which is then assessed by the Department of Home Affairs.
