Continuity of Support
This program supports people living with a disability, who are over the age of 65 and ineligible for the NDIS. This program ensures that these participants are able to maintain the same level of support, choice and control as the participants registered under NDIA.

Supported Accommodation – DIY Dads
DIY Dads provides housing for men who are the full- or part-time carers of their children. This program is a live-in life and parenting skills program for single fathers who are at risk of homelessness.
We provide food packs, food vouchers, clothing, furniture and assistance with bills to people who need emergency relief.
Integrated Family Support Services
Hobart City Mission operates the Integrated Family Support Services (IFSS), which provides in-home family support, for eligible families with children aged 0-18yrs, to assist vulnerable children, young people and families with a tailored approach to meeting individual and family needs.
IFSS also assists families with unborn children to obtain support, prior to the birth of a child.
