This is a service that helps people to learn to deal more effectively with life issues and mental health difficulties.
Who this service is for
Adults and children 5 years or older. You will need a referral/Mental Health Care Plan from your doctor to access this service. This service is available to people in Hobart and southern regional Tasmania.
This is a free service to people who have a Mental Health Care Plan provided by their GP, psychologist or pediatrician.

We provide this service through outreach regional centres in Bridgewater, Oatlands, Huonville, Cygnet and Dover
