Flexible mental health support. Foundations provides an outreach service for people between 18-64 years of age who do not require 24-hour support. Foundations works one-on-one with individuals to promote recovery, encourage progress and support life skills.

Caring Dads

Caring Dads is a group work program that helps men who have used violence and focuses on improving parenting practices.

Connecting with Rhythm

Baptcare Horizons will be facilitating a rhythmic music group starting in November. This group program will run for six sessions and will have a focus on social + emotional wellbeing and connection.

Community Kinship Program – Baptcare

The Community Kinship program supports grandparents, relatives and non-relatives who provide informal care for young people aged 0-17.

Community Kinship is an informal arrangement (often verbal) with a young person’s grandparents, relatives or non-relatives, to care for a young person with no court order in place.

Our practitioners can support carers through the challenges of being a carer in sometimes difficult circumstances.
