Chigwell House provides events, services, information and support for the community from birth to 80 years.
These include: Parents Staying Connected - an interactive play program for parents and their children under 5, Hanging @ the House - a parents only group hosting topical information sessions and guest speakers, Integrated Family Support Service and Youth Beat - outreach programs.
These are all run out of Chigwell House and deliver services to families, children and young people. As well as addressing homelessness and mental health issues, we work with all clients with a holistic approach. We have a kitchen, garden, playroom and outdoor play area which are available to be utilised by community members. We also have a meeting room which is available for hire by other organisations.

Disability Employment Service
This service helps people with disability, injury or a health condition to find a job, and then we continue this support while they transition to ongoing employment. We also support their employers with training, and assistance to access a range of other supports. These supports can include wage subsidies and financial assistance to help with costs of modifying the workplace or purchasing adaptive technologies, or interpreting services.
**COVID-19 Update - we are now offering individual case management support to young people that may need additional assistance at this time. If you are a young person, or know of a young person, in need of support please contact us.**
Youth Beat offers a wide range of services/support to young people, identifying/addressing anti-social behaviour, drug/alcohol misuse/abuse, referral and intervention for young people in crisis and assistance with accessing additional services and social support networks.
Targeted Youth Support Service
The Targeted Youth Support Service is a holistic intervention service offering intensive case management and therapeutic interventions for young people aged between 10 - 18 years to prevent notification or escalation into statutory services, e.g. child safety services or the youth justice system.
